1 veg sandwhich/Quaker Oats/Wheat Flakes/Diet Muslie
Lunch:-Vegitable+Salad+Curd+1 Puri/Roti
Evening:-Tea/Coffee/Milk+Biscuits/1 toast+Fruits
Dinner:-Veg+Salad+Curd+1 Toast
