Diet Plan for B Positive Blood Group-3 to 7 days



morning: tea /coffee / lassi / milk + fruits / 
1 or 2 stuffed roti.

Lunch: veg + salad + curd + 1 or 2 bran roti (50% normal atta + 25% soya atta + 25% oats bran)

Evening: tea /coffee / lassi / milk + fruits + 1 toast / 3
                                 0r
         4 biscuits (cream cracker of Britannia)

Dinner: veg + salad + curd + 1 bran roti (50% normal atta + 50% oat bran)
                                               or
           3 to 4 pcs of grilled chicken / fish + veg + salad + toast.
